Findity is growing and we are looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Are you ready to lead our partner marketing on a mission to inspire increased partner engagement, activity and growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented marketer to take the reins of our partner marketing efforts.
The role 🙋
As Partner Marketing Manager, you will empower our network of expense management partners across three key segments; accounting and payroll firms, financial software companies, and corporate card issuers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop high-impact initiatives and campaigns that drive existing partners to amplify their marketing activities that generate growth. Through compelling content, innovative programs and data-driven analytics, you will develop deeper partnerships benefiting all.
What you will do 🙌
- Collaborate with existing partners and tailor marketing strategies aligning with their targets
- Drive, execute and improve partner marketing programs, campaigns and efforts
- Take the reins and manage our annual partner event
- Create compelling content like videos, newsletters and webinars to elevate partner engagement and activation.
- Analyse partner marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvements
- Align marketing and sales efforts to maximise partner growth
- Build and maintain close relationships with partner stakeholders
- Identify creative ways to elevate partner engagement, activation and growth
Who you are🧑
You have 4+ years of marketing experience and demonstrate project leadership skills with the ability to execute engaging content and events. You’re proficient in Hubspot, Adobe and developing engaging partner communications. Fluent in English and Swedish, with bonus points for German or Norwegian, you’re ready to make an impact
