The role🙋
As the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will be a member of the management team, driving both strategic and operational decisions for the company. Your main goal will be to build the strongest possible employer brand and take our employee experience to new heights, to ensure that we offer an engaging, productive and fun place to work where our employees can realise both personal dreams and business goals. We want to be the name on everybody's lips when it comes to attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry, and you will be our champion.
Responsibilities🫶
In this role across the HR function, developing and managing HR processes, policies and guidelines to support the business and contribute to our business objectives. You will be a listening ear to employees, build solid relationships with all levels and departments, and an adviser to managers – to coach, retain, develop and motivate their staff. You will also be a member of the management team to help guide and influence the future of Findity.
Other duties of the role include:
Be responsible for the complete employee lifecycle, including making sure that our values are reflected in people-oriented decisions
Responsible for and further developing our recruitment process and supporting managers in recruitment processes,
Conducting employee surveys, work environment surveys and pulse surveys,
Develop and lead initiatives and processes related to engagement, diversity and inclusion,
Working on strategic talent management and succession planning,
Nurture and promote a good and positive working environment,
Developing pay and benefits programs and conducting salary surveys,
Develop our performance management work,
Focus on talent development and leadership skills
Who you are 🧑
To excel in this role you will need to have demonstrated success and proven track record in developing and delivering strategic and operational Human Resource Management. Previous experience in fast scaling business is highly preferred, for example working in a tech scale-up environment, and experience from a remote/hybrid context is a plus.
Beyond that you will also need to have the following:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources Management and organisational development
Experience as a Head of People and/or Culture, VP of HR or similar role
Strong leadership experience and experience in setting up new HR strategies and building teams.
Demonstrated ability scaling processes and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent working knowledge of compensation, benefits, employee relations and organisational development
Current knowledge and understanding of regulations and industry trends
Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbal and written
