The Job
As our Partner Growth Manager in Norway, you will be at the front line working within one of our most business-critical functions handling a strong portfolio of important Findity Partners in Norway. You will work closely with the partners to yield revenue for the Company. Your work will entail both acquiring new partners as well as expanding business with the current ones. Simply put, you will be responsible for guiding our partners towards a shared success and for increasing the portfolio of strategic partners in Norway. Your job will be to take advantage of every opportunity you get, close deals and lead us to success in the Norwegian market 🇳🇴💰.
The Role
- Build productive and profitable working relationships with partners
- Managing end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound activities to converting deals with new partners and direct customers ✍️
- Proactively develop and engage revenue generating activities with existing partners
- Provide product and sales support to existing partners
- Work closely with the existing partners to enable them to perform Customer Success work with their clients and ensure their customers’ satisfaction 🤝
- Address partner concerns and queries promptly and ensure partner satisfaction
- Working closely with multiple stakeholders to develop valuable and strategic relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Coordinate with partners to prioritise, plan and manage business activities

To thrive in this role, you must have:
- 5-10 years of experience in previous Sales positions
- Experience from B2B SaaS sales with outstanding sales results 🎯
- Extensive experience in sales to C-suites
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Norwegian and English
- Experience in Partner sales or Key account management
Big Bonus for Us if you have :
- Experience in sales of the accounting or payroll related software
- Experience in leadership roles in sales
- A university degree in relevant field.
