In addition to Europe, we are strengthening our presence in the Nordic countries. We are offering a unique career opportunity to an exceptional Account Executive who wants to take on responsibility for and play a significant role in Findity's growth in Norway.


What you'll be doing
As our Account Executive in Norway, you will play a significant role in our growth. You will be our ambassador for Findity's Companyexpense product and be responsible for sales to C-levels at medium to large companies on the Norwegian market.

Taking on this role, which requires the highest levels of energy, ambition and entrepreneurship, means both having full ownership of driving your own pipeline and contacting existing customers to offer them new services. You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead, outreach and relationship-building with decision-makers and stakeholders, to creating business opportunities and closing deals.

We plan to continue to grow the sales team and the successful candidate for this position will be a central component in building our sales team in Norway. Travel in Norway and abroad is part of this position.

As Account Executive, you'll be challenged by your colleagues to fitness competitions, darts matches and more, you'll enjoy "Swedish fika" and hanging out with a wonderful gang.

Who you are
As our Account Executive in Norway, you are our face to the outside world and an engine in our growth. That's why it is important for us that you recognize yourself when being described as an unpretentious, fearless, results-oriented doer. You simply make things happen and you are used to setting tough targets and working diligently to achieve them. You are described as a business-oriented hunter of sales and you are known for your keen sense of understanding customers' needs and leveraging those needs to create value and deliver results. For this role you must be a natural leader, a good colleague and a good communicator.

You:

●  Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B and SaaS sales, where you have achieved outstanding sales results
●  Can build relationships
●  Have a large, active network
●  Speak and write fluent Norwegian and English
●  Are driven to constantly develop
●  You are a self-starter, motivated to achieve exceptional results.

The icing on the cake
It's to your advantage if you have had leadership roles in sales before.

This is a probationary position and we plan to fill it immediately, the start date is Spring 2021. Stationed in or near Oslo. We will be scheduling virtual interviews in March and April. There will be tests during the recruitment process and if you are successful and we offer you the position, we will need to run the usual background checks.
